Soyang Gotaek serves a traditional Korean breakfast
made with fermented foods crafted using time-honored recipes.
Fresh vegetables from our on-site garden and locally sourced ingredients are used to
create a hearty meal of Jeollabuk-do-style side dishes and warm nurungji.
Jeollabuk-do-style breakfast
Warm nurungji, Jeollabuk-do-style side dishes,
coffee, tea, and dessert are served.
Traditional fermented foods
Made using methods passed down from the owner's grandmother,
we use homemade soy sauce, doenjang (fermented soybean paste),
gochujang (red pepper paste), and salted seafood.
Local food
We use seasonal vegetables grown on-site and
healthy ingredients from Wanju to create our dishes.
